Service Description. This Site describes Lawn Mowing, Lawn Care, Grass Cutting, Hedge Trimming, Brush Removal, Tree Trimming, Landscaping Services, Landscaper provided by Green trim. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Green trim or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
Account Closure. Green trim reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
Warranty Disclaimer. Green trim makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Green trim's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Green trim in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under PA law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in PA for any related dispute.
